1. Services: DermCast Pro is a wireless video casting and digital dermoscopy tool for medical professionals.

2. Pricing: Annual License is ₹999/year. No auto-debit. Prices subject to change.

3. Medical Disclaimer: This software is a visualization aid, NOT a diagnostic device. Clinical diagnosis is the sole responsibility of the practitioner.

4. Privacy (P2P): We use Peer-to-Peer technology. No patient photos, video streams, or clinical data are stored on our servers. All data remains local on your devices.

5. Refund Policy: As a digital service with immediate access, all purchases are non-refundable once the license key is sent.

6. Usage: License keys are for single-user professional use only. Unauthorized sharing is prohibited.
